These terms cover your use of this website and your purchase of digital guides from Social Intent Limited. Consultancy work is covered by a separate written agreement for each assignment.

The text, design, guides, logo and other material on this site belong to Social Intent Limited or our licensors. You may read, print and share links to pages for your own non-commercial use. Please ask before reproducing anything else.
Buying a guide
- What you get. Each guide is a PDF file. After payment you receive a download link by email from Payhip, our payment and delivery provider. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate.
- Your licence. Buying a guide gives you a licence to use it within your own organisation, including sharing it with your colleagues, trustees or board. You may not resell it, publish it, or share it outside your organisation.
- Refunds. By choosing to download the guide straight away, you agree that we start supplying it immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once the download has begun. If the file is faulty or not as described, email us and we will replace it or refund you.
- Free guide with a call. From time to time we offer a guide free to people who book and attend an introductory call with us. The offer is at our discretion and we may change or end it at any time.
Consultancy services
Consultancy, interim and research work is carried out under a written proposal and agreement for each assignment, which sets out the scope, days, fees, expenses and terms. Those documents take precedence over anything on this website.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with this website or a guide is limited to the price you paid for the guide, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, income or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
